For many of our repairs, we now offer a 2 hour turnaround time. To avail of this service – please follow the steps below:
- Phone us to book in your console in advance NOTE: To qualify for our free 2 hour service you must have your console in the workshop by 3pm on the day of repair.
- Leave your console in for repair
- Collect it within 2 hours!

Common Issues
Disc or Foreign Object Stuck in Drive
When inserting a disc into the Wii you may hear grinding or whirring noises, or the Wii may not accept discs at all.

Console will Freeze or not load games or intermittently not load games.

Your PlayStation 3 slim will not load games, Blu-rays or DVDs. The consoles drive may not accept or eject games.
